Easy warm up 500m on the rower

500m sprints on the rower. Every second over 1:30 
= 1 Box Jump
500m on the rower. Every second over 1:30 
= 1 Push Up
500m on the rower. Every second over 1:30
= 1 Goblet Squat
500m on the rower. Every second over 1:30
= 1 Push Up Row
500m on the rower. Every second over 1:30
= 1 Burpee
