We all have a body. We have a body for a purpose. We walk, run, jump, dance - in essence we have a body that is designed to MOVE. It's something you should be proud of, something you should want to use to its full potential.
To move is to create art, it's to develop, its to interact and connect.
So WHY should you move?
You should move to SWEAT. To push your body, work muscles you don't usually use and move in patterns outside of sitting, lying and standing - to work hard and be better for it.
To MOVE everyday will make you feel both physically and mentally amazing! You’ll be surprised just how good you will feel.
Hands down, you’ll have the biggest SMILE on your face once you finish. You’ll have accomplished something, you’ll have worked hard and from then on, the rewards are just too good to pass up :)
